Full Service Sessions
Preserve your horse in meaningful artform.
Full service sessions walk you through each step for an easy and memorable experience that leaves you with one-of-a-kind art of your horse. The artwork created from your session is hand-crafted with unmatched quality down to the finest detail - making each keepsake a true family heirloom to be enjoyed for generations. Sessions, keepsakes and wall-art are specially tailored to preserve your horse’s legacy in a way that is most meaningful to you and will be custom-made for your unique space and aesthetic preferences. Full Service sessions include art design guidance + wall mockups for an easy art selection experience that requires zero measuring or guesswork. Full Service Sessions also include a print credit to apply towards Professional-grade artwork that is made to last a lifetime. This is best for clients who prefer to have Professionally Printed Artwork from their Session plus matching digitals for sharing, and of course - expert guidance from Ashley & the team. A swept concrete barn aisle is required for best results.

Self-print Sessions include a tailored Portrait Session designed to transform your horse into a one-of-a-kind work of art. Self Print Sessions leave you with a digital-only files + a print release for personal print use. Self-print sessions are best for clients who would like to handle their own printing and know how they would like to display their artwork. “The Whole Gang” Portrait
When you have a barn full of horses, there is only one thing to do….create an art piece of everyone together!
Horses are like potato chips; you can’t just have one. For those with multiple heart horses, the “The Whole Gang” Portrait is a great way to include all of your horses in one stunning artwork piece. Multi-horse Portraits are available to be added onto any Fine-art Portrait Session or can also be booked as a standalone Session.
Your horses do not need to get along or stand together to have everyone photographed together. I photograph each horse separately during your session and then later digitally combine them by hand to achieve the best pose and expression of each horse for the final portrait.
2-4 horses - 175 per Portrait
5+ horses - 275 per Portrait
a $500 Session Fee will apply if booking as a standalone session.
Outdoor Sessions

I am not currently taking on new clients for Outdoor Horse & Rider Sessions, but I may offer small add-on Sessions for current Equine Portrait clients.

Q: Where do you travel to?
A: Ashley Payne Photography is currently only offering sessions in Tennessee, but occasionally travels out of state to locations within the Southeastern United States.
Q: Do you offer group rates?
A: Yes - group rates are offered for 3 or more sessions booked at the same barn. Rates for Barns booking multiple sessions can be found under Sessions & Packages.
Q: Can I use my photos in my business or for advertising?
A: Sessions above do not include Commercial Licensing and are only for personal use. If you wish to use any of the photos from your session in advertising or publication, please contact me so that I can provide you with the appropriate licensing and file type for your needs.

Travel Fee. A travel fee will apply to sessions 1+ hours outside of Nashville, TN. This fee is determined based upon travel distance. Travel costs can be split between clients if more than one session is booked for the same date at the same location. Ashley will let you know prior to booking if there is a travel fee for your location.
Tax. Sales tax is not included with package pricing and will be added where applicable.
